- Bachelor’s degree required in business or related discipline
- 4+ years experience in marketing, with at least 3 years experience in brand advertising and/or direct response marketing capacity
- Proven experience in developing creative for advertising materials, direct mail, email and online advertising communications
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills required
- Prefer female

- Solid interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work on cross-functional teams in both leadership and member roles
- Strong presentation and writing skills
- Ability to work independently without significant supervision
- Analysis skills to not only present data but also summarize the findings and propose recommendations for future improvement
- Will be known for their innovation and vision in the area of Brand Development/Brand Management
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills and is a relationship builder
- Must have a style that promotes respect, credibility and trust throughout the organization

Job description: JOB PURPOSE:
To assist Marketing Manager in implementing all marketing functions especially in deal with the development of the product under his/her responsibilities to support to the achievement of the company objectives.

The jobholders primary areas of responsibilities included (but are not limited to) the following activities:
- Prepare marketing plan to develop existing and new products
- Organizing market survey/research to find out customer’s need, product positioning and product personality
- Determine the product objective and set up its marketing strategy
- Planning promotion programmers/campaigning to gain the brand awareness as well as market share
- Developing and growing the new brand to be brand to be brand equity
- Monitoring competitors’ activities as well as their promotion programmers
- Train the sales force about the products (features/benefit/etc.)
- Monitoring product costing/pricing and the profitability
