Job description: - Answer incoming calls or serve walk-in customers on enquiries or confirmed orders
- Liase with customers, negotiate prices, prepare & fax quotations
- Prepare delivery orders and arrange for deliveries or counter pick-up
- Follow-up on outstanding enquiries and customers' payment
- Provide sales support to a team of field sales executives
- Adjust returned goods(using GRN) in system if invoices not processed
- Issues credit note to customer if invoice has been sent out
- Maintain a good filing system of customers' documents
